Kindness
We all see kindness differently. As an adult we witness behaviors all day long, some we approve of and others we walk away from, on occasion some we even have to intervene. My ask of you today, or anyday is to do your best to remember those little ones you are raising are watching. We can't change or help those whom are now adults but we can change the behaviors of our future adults.
Kids are spunges and they are amazing at the follow YOU game...ever heard your child say something to you that you paused and thought oh dang I must say that a lot, I sure do. Like "just a minute, or hold on" and when you are trying to get them to stop playing and come to the dinner table you might get that same response back, oh ya, guilty here...but kindness....kids love to be kind, they want to spread joy naturally show them the way. I have witnessed some unkind behaviors this week from adults of course, I very rare judge kids for behaviors, they are kids and trying to figure it out along the way can be rough. I hope the behaviors I put out this past week were seen as kind, I know I can do more and there is always room to improve. So here's to this week....spreading kindness like confetti ( I like that saying) Happy spreading
PS-Hug like you mean it today...
